If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for building cutting-edge data platforms, join us in Madrid, Málaga or remotely across Spain Responsibilities Lead the creation and development of a Databricks Center of Excellence in Spain Formulate and execute strategies to build strong technical partnerships with local Databricks representatives Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and data challenges Architect and implement robust data solutions leveraging Databricks technology Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding for projects Translate intricate business needs into actionable ML/AI strategies Provide expert guidance and hands-on support in Databricks implementations Ensure the delivery of comprehensive end-to-end data solutions Lead and mentor delivery teams to guarantee successful project execution and client satisfaction Cultivate and sustain solid client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor Identify business opportunities within the client portfolio to promote and upsell EPAM services Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Extensive background in Data & Analytics, with a focus on building enterprise-level data and ML/AI platforms Proven mastery of Databricks, backed by hands-on implementation expertise Strong experience in solution architecture across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Exceptional problem-solving abilities and skill in analyzing complex business requirements Demonstrated aptitude in engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail Proven leadership in guiding delivery teams toward achieving remarkable project results Well-established history of nurturing and expanding client relationships Nice to have Databricks Champion recognition Databricks certification We offer Private health insurance EPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan 100% paid sick leave Referral Program Professional certification Language courses EPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
