Innovative strategic and operational support of C‑Suite professionals within Compliance, Finance and Legal across iGaming and Crypto/Web 3 Services Head of Treasury The Opportunity My client are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Treasury to take full ownership of their cryptocurrency treasury operations . This is a specialised, hands‑on role focused on the secure and efficient movement of digital assets within their ecosystem. You’ll be managing all crypto deposit and withdrawal activity, ensuring fast and reliable transactions for the players while safeguarding their digital asset holdings. This role plays a critical function in maintaining trust and operational excellence within their crypto‑native gaming platform. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.), ensuring accuracy, speed, and security. Monitor and manage liquidity across multiple cryptocurrencies to meet both player and operational requirements. Optimise blockchain transactions (batching, gas fees, etc.) and monitor network events (congestion, fee spikes). Perform daily reconciliations between on‑chain activity and internal ledgers to maintain financial integrity. Work with the security team to uphold rigorous digital asset protection standards and protocols. Collaborate with Finance on reporting related to holdings, transaction volumes, and treasury P&L. Assess and support the integration of new blockchain networks and tokens from an operational treasury standpoint. Stay ahead of developments in institutional crypto tools, custody solutions, and DeFi protocols. Skills & Qualifications Required: 4+ years of direct experience in crypto treasury, operations, or finance at a crypto exchange, custodian, or similar large‑scale crypto business. 2+ years working within a crypto casino and/or sportsbook environment. Deep knowledge of blockchain technology , cryptocurrencies , and stablecoins . Extensive hands‑on experience with Fireblocks . Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a laser focus on accuracy. Proven ability to perform on‑chain analysis and reconcile large volumes of crypto transactions. Advanced understanding of security risks and practices in digital asset management. Highly Desirable: Experience with crypto‑adapted Treasury Management Systems (TMS) .
