Your key responsibilities: As a Digital Business Expert, you will: You arepart of thedelivery teamto definefunctional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go-live. Lead discovery phase of the new process to implement, liase with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical) for requirements definition, collaborate with different areas to define technical solution to implement, and align all the key stakeholders to ensure meet deadlines. Identify risks and dependencies that can appear among the project execution. Be aware of industry and market trends, bring new ideas to scale up our business Analyze datato extract operational information for decision-making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increasecustomer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Have adata mindset,you observe what happens around you and what we are building and challenge or adapt if we are not going in the right direction, building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties. You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, tomake sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies. Work inAgile teams,focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work. Be also anactive memberof a Chapter supporting in improving the way of working and where you work on your craftsmanship.
