Global Mobility / Corporate Relocation Services Business Development / Sales Manager Location: Spain (hybrid) Job Type: Business Development / Sales Manager - Global Mobility / Relocation Services Industry Position Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time Contact Name: Andy Shaw Contact Company: JAM Global Mobility Recruitment The Background: The successful applicant will be required to contact and visit corporate clients with the aim of promoting and up‑selling the services of the company. In addition, you will also be required to represent the company at conferences and industry related events. The Role: Develop new business relationships within a defined territory assigned by the Business Development Director; Develop and implement action plans to maximize the organization’s penetration of target accounts by acquiring new clients; Network within industry and business forums to expand sales opportunities and promote the company and its services in general; Analyze selling situations and create client‑focused solutions; Build long‑term relationships with target accounts based on a consultative sales approach; Co‑operate with other divisions in the company to ensure that a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained; Actively anticipate, plan and manage sales processes for client acquisition and participate in allocation and execution of marketing activities.
