We are looking for a strategic partnerships builder and sales leader to define, lead, and own Aimsun’s global product sales growth and alliances function. You’ll shape how we collaborate with strategic partners, distributors, and enterprise clients to expand our market presence, accelerate pipeline growth, and drive long-term commercial impact in urban mobility and transportation innovation. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Growth, operating within the company’s global Sales Organization. Responsibilities & tasks: Design and execute a scalable partnership and channel sales strategy across public and private sectors, including co-marketing, product integrations, B2B distribution, and technology alliances. Drive revenue growth by developing structured inbound and outbound go-to-market (GTM) playbooks aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) to accelerate the new business pipeline. Define clear KPIs to scale productivity and conversion rates, while improving the performance of our sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, SalesLoft, Outreach) to support predictable growth. Partner with the Customer Experience team and Revenue Operations to strengthen lead management, qualification, and handoff processes across inbound and partner-sourced opportunities. Develop a robust partner ecosystem , generating a consistent and high-quality pipeline through global partnerships with digital platforms, Smart city networks, and technology integrators. Align closely with leadership on joint account planning, channel incentives, and campaign priorities to maximize impact. Share insights with the Customer Experience Team and Product to refine messaging and market strategy. Negotiate and manage strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partner/distributor agreements , ensuring mutual value and long-term sustainability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to activate go-to-market partnerships that drive product adoption and recurring revenue . Consolidate existing partnership efforts into a unified, forward-looking strategy. Own the full partnership lifecycle: from prospecting, business case development, and deal negotiation to performance tracking and renewal management. Help define the tools, processes, and product support needed to scale the function. Lead and evolve Aimsun’s product sales strategy , ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. Establish scalable sales processes and partner enablement frameworks to ensure consistent global execution. Deliver progressive sales results through structured execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, embedding sales discipline, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. Skills & Must-Haves: 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and partnership leadership , ideally within global, complex, and evolving sales environments. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related discipline Proven background in business development and new client acquisition , with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, with expertise in solution selling, value-based negotiation, and complex deal structuring. Industry fluency in mobility, smart cities, or digital infrastructure, with a clear understanding of how partnerships drive ecosystem value. Strategic and commercial acumen : Ability to lead complex negotiations, build custom partnership models, and identify win-win opportunities. Product mindset : Comfortable working with product and engineering teams to design scalable integrations. Operational rigor : Skilled in building scalable processes, defining KPIs, and optimizing outreach tools and CRM systems. Cross-functional leadership : Proven ability to work across departments to bring partnerships and campaigns to life. Execution drive : A self-starter who thrives in building from scratch and navigating ambiguity. Entrepreneurial drive and commercial curiosity, thriving in environments where growth requires creativity, resilience, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and storytelling skills , Fluency in English required; Spanish or another international language is highly valued. xsgfvud Willingness to travel as needed to support global initiatives and partner engagements.
