Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business. Recruit, onboard and engage top talent ensuring diversity. Partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals. Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Guarantee the level of commitment and engagement of employees. Provide HR policy guidance. Suggest new HR strategies. Are you the one we are waiting for? Education: University Degree. Psychology or Labour Relations are a plus.
