We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join our QHSE team and support the management of our quality systems, operational efficiency, and environmental impact. Responsibilities Active involvement and collaboration to maintain and enhance the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System. Oversee homologation processes according to customer requirements and quality expectations. Manage and monitor non-conformities, preventive and corrective actions related to quality systems. Maintain and update IMDS / RoHS / REACH records. Manage AQP, APQP, PPAP, SPC, CpK, and PFMEA processes, driving continuous improvement through the application of problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, 8D, and Ishikawa. Actively contribute to their implementation and execution. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and coordinate necessary actions. Support and participate in internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and also ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 standards. Take part in, and when required, lead customer audits related to new product approvals and/or homologation processes. We Offer Integration into a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. Ongoing training and professional development. Participation in innovative sustainability projects. Permanent contract in a stable position. Work schedule: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:30 Friday: 08:00 – 14:00 If you are passionate about quality and environmental management and want to be part of a company that prioritizes sustainability and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV Engineering degree or technical qualification . Training in Quality (IATF 16949) . Knowledge of Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and ISO 50001 is desirable. Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) is also valued. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. English level B1-B2 (French is a plus). Valuable: Knowledge of automotive homologation processes and quality tools.
