Responsibilities Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process: Analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern Communicate and follow up (8D) with the other areas Analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing) Coordinate a team for Production quality tasks execution Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids) Lead & Participate in product/process/dock audits Support implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned Support Serial changes (AS007) Responsible for execution of Manufacturing Release, in the case of serial change (AS007) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering High level of English Knowledge of quality tools Manufacturing and Operations knowledge Excellent technical and human skills Analytical thinking and teamwork spirit Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment Benefits and Development Our international work environment can offer you challenging and rewarding opportunities.
