Nuestro objetivo es crecer de manera sólida, eficiente y global, impulsando la innovación y el impacto real en nuestros clientes. Buscamos un/a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager para liderar la estrategia y la operativa que conecta Marketing, Ventas y Customer Success. Tu misión será alinear equipos, datos, procesos y tecnología para maximizar la eficiencia de ingresos y escalar el negocio en la siguiente etapa de crecimiento. Definir, implementar y optimizar procesos de captación, conversión, upselling y retención de clientes en entornos B2B. Gestionar y evolucionar el stack tecnológico de Revenue (CRM, herramientas de automatización, analítica, etc.), asegurando la correcta integración de datos y reportes. Alinear y colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Producto, Finanzas y Data para garantizar consistencia y foco en el crecimiento. Impulsar una cultura de data‑driven decision making, detectando oportunidades de mejora y escalabilidad en cada fase del ciclo de ingresos. 5 años de experiencia en un rol de Revenue Operations Manager o similar, en empresas SaaS o scale‑ups tecnológicas, sector tech / digital. ~ Experiencia demostrada diseñando y optimizando procesos de Go‑To‑Market y Revenue. ~ Sólido dominio de CRMs (idealmente HubSpot o Salesforce) y herramientas de automatización/BI (ej. Looker, Tableau, Power BI). ~ Conocimiento profundo de métricas de negocio SaaS (MRR, ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV…). ~ Mentalidad analítica y orientada a resultados, con capacidad para traducir datos en acciones estratégicas. ~ Nivel alto de inglés (entorno internacional). Experiencia previa en scale‑ups en fases de fuerte crecimiento. Familiaridad con IA aplicada a procesos comerciales o de marketing. Formar parte de una empresa en pleno crecimiento, con proyección internacional. Un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y enfocado en el desarrollo profesional. Modelo híbrido con base en Tenerife.
