We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high‑performing, ambitious Engineering Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a pivotal role in hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, AI & ML, and related technical domains. Lead and own end-to-end hiring for Engineering and other technical functions, partnering closely with leaders to hire top talent. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier engineering and data talent across global markets. drive consistency and quality across interview processes and decision‑making. Bring the Preply story to life for senior technical talent; share knowledge, improve processes, and lead or contribute to key projects that raise our bar. Proven experience hiring senior technical talent in a fast‑paced, product‑led tech environment. Solid understanding of compensation, equity, and how technical orgs scale, especially in global settings. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills: you can influence and partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
