We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of AI to join a stable project in the insurance sector.
Требования- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience in the insurance sector, especially in claims or products.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- English at B2 level or above.
- Understanding of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Conversational AI, intent recognition, and NLP.
- Validation of AI results.
- Confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop principles.
- Multi-agent architectures.
- Responsible AI (explainability, bias mitigation, and auditability).
- Будет плюсом: Basic knowledge of Spring Boot; Basic knowledge of Java; Basic knowledge of Angular; Basic knowledge of databases
- Permanent contract.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Participation in Artificial Intelligence projects applied to the insurance sector.
- Collaborative environment using Agile methodologies.
