Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with project company goals and guidelines, particularly HSE and quality minimum requirements. Ensuring the correct and timely completion of photovoltaic projects. Monitoring of the achievement of project and company goals as well as compliance with the relevant guidelines, in particular the HSE and Quality minimum requirements. Interface function between construction site and internal departments, for example Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement and Project Management. Execution and documentation of quality checks. Checking the construction progress for compliance with the agreed milestones of the construction project. Identification of possible defects and improvement potentials and coordination of solution finding and implementation of solution approaches. Responsibility for the implementation of engineering changes on the construction sites. Support as well as close cooperation during the complete project duration with the associated project manager (m/f/d). Responsibility for your site management team and organization of the team e.g. accommodation, task distribution. Coordination of the delivery of the individual components to the construction site with supply chain department. Qualifications Completed training in the electrical sector, skilled trades, construction industry or completed studies in electrical engineering or civil engineering. Must have: experience in the management of construction projects. Nice to have: knowledge in work safety and good technical understanding. Experience in dealing with subcontractors. Good MS Office knowledge. Good English skills. Skills Very communicative team player (m/f/d) with assertiveness as well as intercultural competence and organizational talent. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%). Driving license class B.
