We deliver high-performance, energy-efficient homes using SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) technology — a smarter, more sustainable approach that’s changing how residential construction is done.As our work continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead residential delivery in Perth and play a hands‑on role in shaping how our homes — and our teams — are built. The Role As Construction Manager, you’ll lead residential projects from site start through to completion, guiding site supervision and working closely with Contract Administrators to deliver strong quality, programme and cost outcomes. This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys leading people, values quality over volume, and wants to be part of a business doing things differently. Lead and manage residential construction projects end to end Provide clear leadership and support to Site Supervisors Ensure quality, safety, programme and cost targets are achieved Drive construction programmes and proactively manage site risks Partner with Contract Administrators on cost control, variations and progress claims Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and regulatory requirements About You You’re an experienced residential construction leader who takes pride in well-built homes and well-supported teams. Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site / Project Manager Strong residential construction background Proficiency in relevant construction software (Buildertrend experience is a plus) Experience with modular, off‑site or systemised construction is an advantage, but not essential.
