Field Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Offer GHL products and services (credit/debit card/e-wallet, etc.) to merchants (small and medium enterprises).
- Perform fieldwork selling of Point-of-sales (POS) terminals or credit/debit card devices to business owners/merchants.
- Meet the monthly sales quota.
- Perform initial fraud orientation to merchants.
- Assist clients in coordinating concerns to GHL Head Office.
- Act as the first line of support for technical concerns about POS devices.
- Travel within the assigned territory and nearby areas to perform fieldwork selling.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of sales experience is required for this position; merchant acquiring experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to perform fieldwork selling.
- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for closing deals.
- Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous clients and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands and services.
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy client/customers' needs.
- Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection.
- Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
