The Project As a Traffic Specialist you will be in charge of optimizing and coordinating the workflow within the Pepe jeans graphics team to ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently. Once projects are briefed into the graphic team via Asana tool and email/meeting from other team members or departments to review the briefing and ensure all necessary elements/details are included. Then assign the workflow to the graphics team or freelance partner ensuring they have all the needed information and materials to complete the work. Ensure pit stop reviews of received assets with senior marketing members to ensure delivered assets are to expectation. Secure on time and final delivery of assets and share with relevant final users. Adhoc graphic design work to complete projects when needed. Flexible working hours. ~ Remote work on Fridays. ~ Discount on the brands of the Group. ~Advanced English level and Spanish. ~ Excel, G suite and ideally use of an existing project management tool.
