Business Development Representative - German Speaker (Barcelona-Hybrid) Join Lingo-nova as a Business Development Representative. If you enjoy working in a target-driven sales role and engaging directly with decision-makers, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targetsManage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify growth opportunitiesConduct outbound calls and emails, including cold outreachEngage with decision-makers and assess business needsMatch customer challenges with suitable digital solutionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsContribute to individual and team KPIs such as productivity and conversion ratesRequirements Native-level German and fluent EnglishExperience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business developmentStrong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with targets in a phone-based sales environmentGood general IT skills and confidence using CRM toolsAbility to identify decision-makers and understand business needsGoal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindsetExperience in cold calling and managing
