Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate health enthusiast for a Romanian Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This unique role within the fitness and wellness industry allows you to empower users on their wellness journeys while enjoying a vibrant expatriate life in the heart of the Balkans.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality technical and product support to customers using Fitbit devices and the health-tracking platform.
Promote fitness and wellness goals by guiding users through device synchronization, data tracking, and feature optimization.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure a seamless user experience in the health-tech ecosystem.
Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring the highest standards of data protection and service excellence.
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the fitness and wellness industry by gathering user feedback for product innovation.
Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and enhance support protocols for the Romanian market.
Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) for our Romanian-speaking jobs.
Proficient level of English to communicate within our international professional environment.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation).
A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and personal health technology.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset tailored to the fitness sector.
Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly valued for this position in Bulgaria.
