The Sales Manager, Spain is part of the FOH® EU Sales team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for Spain. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the Spain region.Employment Details This is a Full-Time salaried positionTravel Requirements This role has a 50-60% overnight travel requirement. Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the countryResponsibilities Meets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgetsDevelops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programsUtilizes CRM tool to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunitiesWorks collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategiesConsistently engages in regional analyses for future needs identificationProvides regular activity reports to the head officeParticipates in sales meetings and strategy sessionsImplements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skillsPrepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfallsParticipates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requestedQualifications Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales in Spain related to table-tops, hospitality, guest room luxury accessories or related industryKnowledge in CRM systems, HubSpot preferredProficient in all Microsoft ApplicationsBilingual in Spanish and EnglishReturn on investment mindset as it relates to scheduling, travel, and sales effortsCultural awareness of business practices, etiquette, and customsCommunicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writingProject management skills and strong attention to detailStrategic thinking, planning and executionComplete projects as a self-starter with minimum supervisionPossesses cultural awareness and sensitivityFlexible to work outside normal work hours#J-18808-Ljbffr
