For one of our key international Client, we have an express & exclusive mandate for an Interim HR Director & Social Relation based in Spain. You will implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop the social relationship and ensure the HR business continuity.Location and Availability This interim position is based in Madrid and will include various southern European countries. Interim Management mission: based in Barcelona. Starting date: asap, expected mid January. Transformation: not an option at this stage, purely interim with focus on delivering HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope. You must be IMMEDIATELY available.Qualifications and Experience 3 key assets: (1) based in Spain, (2) fluent in both Spanish & English, (3) expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.Expert in Spanish social & legal relations; strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters.Experience in BtoB sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply-chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent.Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies.Spanish native or fully fluent, fluent business level English.Agile within complex matrix organisations.Responsibilities Directly manage the local HR team during the transformation phase to ensure HR business continuity.Implement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within Spanish labor laws and HR processes.Coordinate with external legal advisors as part of the interim mandate.Direct reporting at HR Group level.How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are available, send your English CV and motivation message by email to ****** for this interim management mission.
