Everything you are looking for and more Join our Iberia Service Team and take a key role in ensuring that every maintenance and repair request runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll act as the operational link between service needs and field execution—coordinating work orders, monitoring progress, and helping us deliver top-quality service to our customers. From tracking SLAs to expediting urgent cases and keeping spare parts stocked, you’ll make sure operations run efficiently and on time. If you’re organized, proactive and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role is for you. This position is fully embedded within the Service Team.What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Dispatch and assign service orders to internal or external teamsMonitor service tickets daily and ensure progress is on trackFollow up on pending interventions and resolve bottlenecks quicklyTrack ETA and SLA compliance, ensuring service delivery within agreed timelines and supporting achievement of team KPIsCommunicate updates proactively to all relevant stakeholdersManage stock levels of spare parts and consumables, including physical warehouse inventory, regular stock counts and optimization of safety levelsCoordinate shipment and delivery of materials to field technicians, ensuring availability of parts before interventionsExpedite critical or at-risk orders to ensure service continuityMaintain accurate documentation and status updates of all activitiesAddress operational issues with agility and problem-solving mindsetContribute ideas for continuous improvement of dispatching, stock management and logistics processesCollaborate closely with the Service Team and manage third-party partnersWell, what will the requirements be? Strong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to coordinate technical personnelExperience in inventory management, purchase order handling, and stock controlPrevious exposure to environments involving electronic repairs (a plus)Proficiency with dispatching tools and order management systemsSolid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage urgent cases effectivelyNative Spanish + fluent EnglishPreferably based in MadridWhat do we offer?
