Digital Finance Transformation Manager at Cintra, a Ferrovial company The Digital Finance Transformation Manager will drive digital transformation and optimization of financial processes across Cintra’s portfolio. The role focuses on value creation, process automation, and continuous improvement of financial systems, serving as the liaison between corporate headquarters and concession companies (toll road projects). Reporting to the Head of Digital Finance Transformation, the position is based in Madrid. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects within the finance function, including process automation (RPA, Power Automate, UiPath), new platform implementation, and financial system integration. Play a central role in the SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA migration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and corporate standards. Analyse, redesign, and optimise end‑to‑end financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) to enhance efficiency, data quality, and user experience. Act as the primary point of contact between corporate teams and concession companies, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. Oversee the deployment and support of financial systems and processes, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory specifics of each concession. Drive the adoption of advanced reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, SAC, Qlikview) to foster a data‑driven culture. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, manage change initiatives, and provide training to finance teams. Collaborate with IT, Data, AI and Business teams to define requirements, select technology solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Promote best practices and process standardisation across Cintra’s group companies. Support the definition of the digital finance strategy, aligning transformation initiatives with business objectives and industry best practices. Stay up to date with technological trends and best practices in finance digitalisation, proposing innovative initiatives. Challenge and evaluate technology investment initiatives, assessing impact and profitability. Coordinate and monitor technology projects, providing oversight throughout the lifecycle to maximise business impact. Support Cintra’s digital businesses by monitoring performance and facilitating navigation of corporate processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. 6‑8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years leading digital transformation, process automation or financial systems implementation projects. Hands‑on experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism) and analytics tools (Power BI, SAC, Qlikview). Significant experience with SAP platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation. Experience with system integration (SAP, Salesforce) and AI/LLM‑enhanced solutions. High proficiency in English and Spanish (C1‑C2 required in both languages). Strategic vision, analytical skills, innovative mindset. Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership abilities. Excellent communication and change‑management skills. Proactive, curious, capable of working in dynamic, multicultural environments. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and collaborative tools. Other Requirements Willingness to travel and work hours required to achieve outcomes. Meet company in‑person work requirements.
