Expert in identifying opportunities for improvement in critical finance processes (closing and reporting), guaranteeing the integrity of information and ensuring regulatory compliance through innovative and sustainable solutions.Results-oriented professional, with the ability to lead cross-cutting projects, generate added value and ensure the sustainability of the improvements implemented in critical accounting processes.📍 Location: Preferably based in Madrid or Valencia, Spain. Geographical mobility (national and international) is required.🌍 Scope: Corporate – Global🔍 KEY COMPETENCIESAnalysis and diagnosis: Comprehensive analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, identification of bottlenecks and accounting risks.Redesign and continuous improvement: Application of methodologies to improve and optimize closing process and financial reporting.Financial consolidation: Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS regulations in complex international environments, multi-currency, Process optimization: Design and improvement of consolidation process to reduce closing times and minimize errors.Transition management: Support in the transition to more agile processes, ensuring adoption by accounting and finance teams.Automation and technology: Integration of digital tools, ERP, and consolidation solutions to reduce time and errors.✅ REQUIREMENTSProfessional with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in leading global consulting firms, with specialization in finance transformation, with special focus on analysis, design and optimization of accounting closing processes.Have participated in and led financial transformation projects that include the implementation of methodologies aimed at improving processes, financial efficiency and the reduction of closing times (fast closing).Have collaborated in processes to improve accounting and financial consolidation.Advanced English (C1).WHAT WE OFFEROpportunity for professional development in a leading multinational company in its sector.Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Positive and collaborative work environment.
