Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.With the scale of our 2500 marketing community - alongside our leading-edge Marketing Academy - your opportunities to grow and upskill will be extensive.About the roleThis Role is responsible for the development of assigned brand(s) through the achievement of specific growth objectives and marketing execution.Your responsibilitiesTo contribute to the development of category strategies and development of local brand plans and future growth foundationsTo manage the brand(s) within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise short- & long-term sales and profitabilityTo develop, recommend, lead and execute local marketing plans - including local media strategy - for assigned brand(s) and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budgetTo develop product development (NPD / EPD) projects in coordination with global departments and ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scopeTo initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growthTo lead the development of local copy strategy / executions and / or to ensure adaptation possible for other regionsIn close co-operation with the Sales function and Customer Trade. Identify trade needs / opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brandsTo effectively work with and influence key stakeholders including media, CMI, Finance, Sales, Trade and supply teamsFull P&L accountabilityThe experience we're looking forEducated to minimum bachelor's degree level.More than 6 years of experience in a similar role, be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within an FMCG / Consumer Healthcare environment.People management experienced highly welcomed.English and Spanish proficiency.Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial, leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy.Strong analytical skills and creativity.Financial understanding.The skills for successDemonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments.A robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes in both Marketing and Sales functions.An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset.Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective.Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
