**The Role**

Are you ready to lead one of the most innovative brands in the vaping and next-generation product space?

**Imperial Brands PLC** is seeking a **Senior Brand Manager** to lead the strategy and growth of **Blu**, the market-leading vaping brand in Spain - and play a pivotal role in shaping our broader **NGP portfolio**.

In this highly strategic and entrepreneurial role, you’ll define and activate the brand vision end-to-end: from positioning, innovation roadmap and campaign creation to market execution across digital, retail and experiential channels. You will be the brand’s true business owner, empowered to drive category growth and deliver bold consumer impact in one of Imperial’s priority markets.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Own the **brand strategy, positioning, and annual business plan** for Blu and future NGP brands
- Translate consumer insights, trends, and competitive intelligence into **breakthrough campaigns** and **innovation opportunities**:

- Lead **integrated ATL/BTL/digital activations** - from idea to execution - ensuring best-in-class consumer engagement
- Manage the **product portfolio, pricing, profitability, and pipeline** together with the Global and Planning teams
- Partner cross-functionally with **Sales, Trade Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory** to ensure compliant, high-impact go-to-market execution
- Inspire and steer **creative, media, and digital agencies**, while coaching one direct report

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Relevant experience in Brand Management, ideally FMCG or similar categories
- Proven track record in building consumer-loved brands and delivering commercially strong growth
- Digital strategy experience
- Analytical, insight-obsessed, and highly strategic - with a real hands-on execution mindset
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Creative, collaborative, and energized by disruption
