Buscamos una persona con sólida experiencia en entornos de ciberseguridad y una visión integral de las operaciones de un SOC con capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos, coordinar proyectos complejos y ser el puente entre las áreas técnicas y de gestión, asegurando la excelencia en la entrega de servicios y la continua evolución tecnológica. ? Madrid, Sevilla, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia. ¿Cómo será tu día a día? Gestión transversal de operaciones relacionadas con SIEM, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, Análisis Forense y Ciberinteligencia. Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares, garantizando la alineación técnica y estratégica. Seguimiento de la calidad del servicio, tanto en clientes internos como externos. Identificación y resolución proactiva de incidencias o desviaciones en los servicios gestionados. Planificación de la innovación y el desarrollo de proyectos. ¿Cómo te imaginamos? Más de 5 años de experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de ciberseguridad, preferiblemente en entornos SOC. Alto conocimiento técnico en SOC / SIEM, además de haber trabajado previamente en aspecto técnico. Experiencia anterior en jefatura de proyectos. Capacidad para coordinar con múltiples stakeholders (clientes, equipos internos, proveedores). ¿Cómo es trabajar en Deloitte? ?
