How to contribute to our vision We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Technical Project Manager who will: Connect all involved parties throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial sales kick-off to handover to the customer. Be responsible for the technical solution to be sold and installed on site. Validate non-standard features during the sales phase. Act as the first point of contact for electrical and mechanical topics from customers and site into the engineering department, during sales and execution phases. Manage technical reviews of employer requirements and provide project-specific documentation. Identify the sold product and translate it into a configuration used for the bill of materials. Define deliverables and deadlines, track turbine configurations, and address issues during installation and commissioning. Specify project issue resolutions and provide disposition of equipment non-conformances in alignment with the site manager. Travel to sites if required to provide technical guidance to Siemens personnel. What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading change. Additionally, you should have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including project management. Knowledge of wind turbine technology and tower manufacturing processes. Familiarity with engineering disciplines related to wind turbines and manufacturing practices. Proactivity, innovation, and a systematic, quality-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in an international environment.
