You will lead the strategic development, deployment, and continuous improvement of LLM-powered products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, experimentation, and applied AI, and wants to help shape a new category of intelligent features.In this role, you will Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative LLM-powered solutions. Drive innovation by exploring and implementing modern frameworks, APIs and Cloud Solutions Design robust, future-proof systems that drive the company's expansion while advancing its mission to create a lasting positive impact on the environment. Lead the development of full-stack solutions, from designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting robust backend systems Design and manage agent-based interactions that use LLMs in dynamic, tool-using environments. Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience building or deploying LLM solutions using tools such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or LangGraph. Genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of AI/LLMs and creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive design. Solid understanding of modern web technologies such as React, , Tailwind, and TypeScript, with additional familiarity in Python and AWS considered a bonus. Experience designing AI evaluation pipelines and metrics that support quality assurance and improvement cycles. Experience working in a startup environment is a plus Preferred Skills and Qualifications You must be organized and be able to keep track of your workload and ensure critical things are not missed.
