Position Overview As Head of SaaS AI, you will lead AI product innovation across our SaaS brands, aligning their AI initiatives with team.blue’s AI & Data strategy. You will partner with brands to create AI roadmaps, drive AI product innovation, and act as the liaison between the central AI & Data group and the brands. Key Responsibilities Product Innovation Partner with brands to identify and develop innovative AI products, use cases and initiatives that create business value. Shape brand AI product roadmaps and drive AI product innovation to support growth priorities and group priorities. Strategic Alignment Act as a liaison between the brands and the group AI & Data function, serving as the single point of contact regarding AI & Data topics. Coordinate AI & Data initiatives and roadmaps between and across the brands and with the group AI & Data function. Ensure alignment of brand AI & Data initiatives with the group AI & Data strategy and priorities while respecting brand autonomy and growth path. Technical Guidance & Support Act as a sounding board for the brand product teams as they build AI products, advising and guiding them and sharing your knowledge of AI & Data advances. Support fast development of AI products and initiatives by coordinating access to the group AI & Data teams and resources. Aid in the due diligence process of prospective companies when appropriate, by vetting the feasibility and defensibility of their AI & ML-powered products. Communication & Governance Enable communication flows between the brands and group AI & Data function, ensuring alignment on priorities and supporting rapid decision making. Ensure visibility into brand AI & Data activities, timelines, and risks with regular strategic briefings, presentations and updates for executive stakeholders. Ensure visibility of group AI & Data resources and initiatives within the brands. Requirements 7+ years of experience shipping AI & Data products to real end users and driving AI & Data product innovation, ideally within the SaaS space. Experience shaping and managing product or AI & Data roadmaps in close collaboration with technical and commercial teams. Strong technical background in AI & Data and understanding of AI and Data’s strategic business potential and how to translate it into product features and initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Skilled communicator, able to balance strategic alignment with local autonomy and business priorities. Comfortable operating at both strategic and technical levels, with the ability to zoom in and out seamlessly, and work across technical and business teams. Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable direction. Experience in post-merger integration or multi-brand strategy environments is a plus.
