Funciones
The candidate will join the Solutions Engineering & Presales Department, as solution architect for the North region in Spain and for complex opportunities requiring group level approval. They will focus on a consultative selling becoming the technical reference for key accounts and in charge of designing solutions to solve problems when the standard portfolio does not fit. This position reports to the Head of Solutions Architects.
The role involves understanding the client's needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping deliver customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
They design and develop solutions (i.e., consultative selling) in close alignment with presales consultants that meet customer requirements, are feasible, are cost-effective, and are aligned with the company's products and services.
They act as proposal managers for selected clients and solutions, dealing with Delivery in Iberia and with other Thales' entities and potential subcontractors to develop the proposal.
They have a broad knowledge on all company’s products and services, playing a major role in cross selling strategies.
They gather and analyze data to help the sales team understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve the sales pitch.
Requisitos
Extensive experience in presales and bid management.
Great understanding of a 360º cybersecurity portfolio.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient English level.
Computer Science Engineering.
Recommended security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, GICSP, ITIL Foundation, etc.
OT/IoT cybersecurity knowledge and experience.
