Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas. Responsable del equipo de anfitriones y de su consecución de objetivos de ventas. Planificar sus objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales y las acciones a realizar Mano derecha de la club manager en todo el proceso de ventas y marketing. Analizar KPIs y mejorar procesos de venta. Coordinar acciones de marketing y outreach. Gestionar convenios con empresas y comercios locales. Realizar seguimiento y fidelización de clientes. Habilidades y requisitos clave Experiencia en ventas (mínimo 1 año). Habilidades comerciales y orientación a resultados. Capacidad de análisis y planificación. Actitud proactiva, comunicativa y don de gentes. Resiliencia y capacidad de perseverancia. Beneficios Contrato indefinido de 40 horas con 3 meses de prueba. Salario fijo a definir según experiencia + comisiones por objetivos. Formar parte de una marca con valores y en expansión.
