Business Technology OverviewJoin Capgemini Invent, the digital transformation, strategic and business consulting unit of the Capgemini GroupWithin our vision, the role of the strategic IT consultant brings vision and experience in governance and management processes and tools, supporting our clients in decision making.Main ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Service Governance and Management model transformation projects.Advise clients on organizational models and solutions, incorporating new technologies (automation, AI) or new management approaches such as SIAM.Design and validate ITSM governance solution architectures, aligning to technology and delivery changes.Use market frameworks and standards to ensure pragmatic, value‑oriented solutions.Build business cases for benefits such as efficiency, service levels, and continuity, including cost estimation.Define implementation and coexistence strategies, integrating change management with teams and third parties.Contribute to Capgemini Invent's global Enterprise Service Management community.Requirements2–6 years of experience in designing and implementing IT governance processes (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM) in large enterprises.Experience in designing/implementing PPM models and selecting tools.Experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP ServiceManager, Jira, SolarWinds, EasyVista or others.Certification in an ITSM tool at architect or specialist level.ITIL v3 or v4 certification.High level of English proficiency.LocationMadrid and Barcelona.Ready to take the next step?At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow—apply today.#J-18808-Ljbffr
