Key Responsibilities: Monitor and managelive delivery operations, resolving order-related issues in real time. Handlecalls and chatswith delivery drivers to troubleshoot and ensure smooth order flow. Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies with composure and accuracy. Maintain high communication standards and operational awareness during live shifts. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure consistent service excellence. Qualifications / Skills Required: Proficiency withtechnological tools and systems. Strongorganizational, planning, and multitaskingskills. Excellentverbal and written communicationabilities. Calm and solution-oriented approach, especially inurgent or high-pressuresituations.
