Responsibilities The Finance Business Partner will act as the primary financial advisor to the Regional General Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The role will focus on driving value through commercial insight supporting execution of strategy and improving business performance. This role is a key part of the new Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) where all transactional technical accounting and tax matters are delivered by the centralised Finance Centre. The Finance Business Partner will therefore focus exclusively on forward-looking value-adding activities that shape commercial decisions and strategy execution. Responsible for providing financial leadership and commercial insight to the regional business in close partnership with the GM SLT and central Finance Centre. The role supports business growth profitability and execution of strategy by linking financial insight to operational and commercial decisions. Partner with the GM and SLT to challenge and influence decision-making across commercial operational and strategic initiatives. Provide financial leadership on RFP reviews investment cases customer profitability and sales forecasting. Analyse customer product and channel profitability to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement. Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support pricing commercial negotiations and new market entry decisions. Lead the regional forecasting and budgeting process in partnership with the central finance team. Translate group financial targets into actionable regional business plans challenging assumptions where necessary. Monitor performance against budget forecast and key KPIs; identify variances and partner with leadership to drive corrective actions. Deliver clear concise financial reporting and presentations to the GM SLT and Group Finance. Collaborate seamlessly with the centralised Finance Centre on accounting tax and compliance activities. Act as the regional point of contact to ensure financial operations are aligned with business needs. Collaborate share and support fellow Finance Business Partner colleagues with delivering a standardised and best practice approach to FBP across Europe. Requirements Hard skills Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner in a multinational environment . Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial analysis into business insight . Experience in s ales forecasting customer profitability analysis and commercial contract support . Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced Excel / Power BI capability. Excellent influencing skills ; able to challenge senior stakeholders constructively. Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations to senior audiences . Soft skills Strategic thinker with strong business curiosity. Proactive resilient and comfortable working in a changing environment . Highly collaborative able to build strong cross-functional relationships. Hands-on and detail-oriented while able to maintain a big-picture view.
