Responsabilidades Clave
1. Soporte Clínico y Técnico:
- Proporcionar soporte clínico y técnico experto a los profesionales de la salud durante la implementación y uso de productos de urología.
- Asistir en procedimientos clínicos cuando sea necesario para asegurar el uso correcto y seguro de los productos.
- Capacitación y Educación:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de capacitación para médicos, enfermeras y otros profesionales de la salud sobre el uso de productos de urología.
- Organizar talleres, seminarios y presentaciones educativas para mantener a los profesionales de la salud informados sobre las últimas innovaciones y mejores prácticas en urología.
- Desarrollo de Relaciones:
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con médicos, enfermeras y otros profesionales de la salud para promover la confianza en los productos y servicios de la empresa.
- Actuar como enlace entre los equipos de ventas y los profesionales de la salud, facilitando una comunicación efectiva y una colaboración productiva.
- Promoción y Marketing de Productos:
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar materiales promocionales y estrategias que destaquen las características y beneficios de los productos de urología.
- Participar en congresos, conferencias y otros eventos de la industria para representar a la empresa y promover sus productos.
- Investigación y Desarrollo:
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas investigaciones y desarrollos en el campo de la urología.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación a los equipos de I+D sobre la eficacia y las posibles mejoras de los productos.
- Gestión de Proyectos:
- Gestionar proyectos clínicos relacionados con la introducción y evaluación de nuevos productos en el mercado.
- Coordinar con diferentes departamentos dentro de la empresa para asegurar la implementación exitosa de proyectos y programas clínicos.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Requisitos del Puesto
- Educación: Título universitario en Enfermería, Medicina, Ciencias de la Salud, ingeniería Biomedica u otro campo relacionado. Se valorará la formación adicional en urología.
- Experiencia: Se valorará experiencia específica como especialista clínico en el sector de equipamiento, y más concretamente en Urología.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimiento profundo de los productos y procedimientos de urología. Habilidad para proporcionar soporte técnico y clínico eficaz.
- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos y clínicos de manera clara y comprensible.
- Habilidades de Presentación: Experiencia en la creación y entrega de presentaciones y programas de capacitación.
- Habilidades Interpersonales: Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas y trabajar en colaboración con diferentes equipos y profesionales de la salud.
- Disponibilidad para Viajar: Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional según sea necesario para proporcionar soporte y capacitación.
