Job Description:
Stryker Group is seeking an experienced Radiologist to join our team as a Clinical Product Specialist for the Mako Robotics System in the Basque Country region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff in the operation of the Mako robot and its associated equipment and instruments.

Responsibilities:
* Provide training and clinical/technical support to surgeons and operating room staff on the use of the Mako robot and its associated equipment and instruments.* Collaborate with sales teams to promote the Mako system to potential customers and provide product demonstrations and training.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in the orthopedic surgery community.* Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.* Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the Mako system and establish thought leadership in the orthopedic surgery community.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to biomedical engineering, medical technology, or health sciences.* Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or technical environment, preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical setting.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.* Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher).* Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a field related to biomedical engineering, medical technology, or health sciences.* Experience with clinical training and education programs.* Knowledge of business administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, file management, and record maintenance.* Familiarity with the Mako robotics system and its applications in orthopedic surgery.
