Your mission is to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where team members can thrive while ensuring our code quality and projects exceed expectations. You will lead by example, contribute to the codebase, and champion best practices in development and team management.Your every day work routineLeadership & Mentorship : You can juggle and prioritize multiple projects. You are a good judge of when and how to say “no” to requests. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to your team, fostering an environment of trust, learning, and collaboration.Hands‑On Development : Lead by example through active participation in coding, testing, and reviewing our codebase.Code Quality Assurance : Maintain and elevate code quality standards within the team. Conduct code reviews and ensure robust testing processes are followed.Iterative collaboration : Our product and engineering teams work iteratively to focus on delivering business value quickly and efficiently. We follow the principles of KISS and YAGNI, and are always pragmatic in our decision‑making.Problem Solving : You don’t stop at patching bugs. You also ask “How can we avoid this in the future?”.
