At Syntax we are looking for a Cloud Team Lead to join its already extensive team of consultants and work on the different services and projects of the company, in a unique and different environment.

**Responsibilities and key tasks**:

- Lead the technical team being responsible for the resource plan and technological referent.
- Organise workloads and on-call duties.
- Follow-up of SLA's, dates and efforts in both services and projects.
- Report team metrics.
- Be the first escalation of customers.
- Developing standards and processes to improve team efficiency.
- R&D, PoCs, definitions of technologies to be implemented.
- Support on collaborative commercial proposals.

**Skills / experience required**:

- Experience of cloud technologies. At design level, execution of migrations or new deployments and/or operation in the cloud.
- Team management experience.
- Project and service management with customers.
- Level of English negotiation.

**Technological environment with which you work and experience will be valued**:

- Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- OS: Linux (Ubuntu Server, CentOS, Rhel, SLE) and Windows Server.
Databases: Mongo, MS SQL, MySQL, InfluxDB.
- Automation and deployment tools: Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, Bamboo.
- Scripting: Bash, python, powershell.
- Log centralisation tools: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana), filebeat and Graylog.
- Monitoring tools: Nagios, CheckMK, Zabbix, Icinga.
- Others: Jira, Confluence, AD, Docker, Git, LDAP, K8s, Service Now.
