Job DescriptionThe Lead Cloud Architect will drive the organization's cloud strategy, architecture, and governance . This role ensures the alignment of cloud solutions with business objectives while optimizing cost, security, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in Azure adoption, design cloud-native architectures, and enhance operational best practices. Cloud Strategy & Governance Define and promote cloud direction and strategy in alignment with business goals. Establish cloud policies, best practices, and governance models to ensure compliance and security. Maintain and enhance the cloud service catalogue. Support the Head of GTO in shaping the cloud roadmap. Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. Cloud Architecture & Operations Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions. Manage new business requests requiring cloud design and architecture work. Ensure alignment between business requirements (SLA, DRP, etc.) and infrastructure production teams. Optimize cloud environments for cost-effectiveness, performance, and security. Define and implement infrastructure improvements and new Azure services. Oversee governance and adoption of cloud-native architectures, including landing zones and Azure subscriptions. Own Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and guide the Accenture team on scripting repositories. Ensure SGS Azure environment aligns with the SGS Cloud Service Catalogue and continuously introduce new services. Collaboration & Knowledge
