Their primary objective is to contribute to the modernization, enhancement, and promotion of competitiveness within the sustainable development framework of the agro-food sector. Furthermore, they will play a crucial role in supporting the Program Head in the management of scientific activities, encompassing Human Resources, Financial Resources, and Materials. In doing so, they will play an integral part in advancing research and attaining the scientific and strategic objectives set forth by the Program. Responsabilities: Collaborate with the Program Head to supervise the Research Program projects, providing support to research staff and ensuring the progress and quality of ongoing projects: Orchestrating scientific activities, assessing proposals, and overseeing European projects within the Program. Identifying research-driven needs to facilitate resource allocation (human, financial, and material) and ensure the achievement of established objectives through efficient and effective resource utilization. Providing guidance and fostering the professional development of Program personnel. Contributing to the cultivation of human capital, encompassing the supervision of doctoral and master's theses in Agro-food Economics.
