Global Technology Engineer – Technical Support Cinema Barco is looking for a driven Global Technology Engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the cinema industry.Responsibilities Provide first‑class support to cinema customers and partners via the Service Desk, projecting a professional image in all phone and email interactions.Troubleshoot technical issues remotely for customers, technicians, and partners.Investigate and resolve logged cases in line with SLA commitments.Manage and respond to customer cases through our CRM system.Create and process parts orders to ensure timely delivery of replacement components.Collaborate with team members and supervisor to diagnose complex issues.Escalate issues when necessary to guarantee fast and effective resolution.Monitor customer configurations proactively to prevent potential issues.Requirements Appreciate flexibility, as this role includes a weekend schedule, leaving weekdays free for personal plans.Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Put customers first and thrive on delivering outstanding service.Enjoy working as part of a team toward shared goals.Communicate confidently and clearly with customers.Adapt easily to change and keep moving forward in a dynamic environment.Have a keen eye for detail in everything you do.1–3 years of experience in a technical support role.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Bonus points for experience with electronics troubleshooting, video equipment (e.g., projectors), network configuration, Salesforce CRM, installing or repairing cinema or AV projection equipment, or being a Certified Technology Specialist for cinema equipment.Location Arganda del Rey, Community of Madrid, Spain (Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area)Employment Details Seniority level: Entry level.
