Job Description: You will be a key piece of the team Your tasks will be: Writing and preparation of news, articles and reports for the corporate intranet, as well as for other communication channels. Preparation of weekly newsletters. Management and dynamization of the internal social network. Support in the design of online and offline pieces for internal communication campaigns. Elaboration of periodical reports of the communication channels. Support in the organization of events and internal communication campaigns. Maintenance of the company's audiovisual archive. Our ideal profile: Bachelor's degree in journalism, audiovisual communication, advertising or corporate communication. C1-C2 level of English (spoken and written) is essential. Adobe package management (mainly Photoshop). Knowledge of Microsoft Offcie 365 Tools: Sharepoint, Teams, Forms and Viva Engage. Experience in content writing. News, posts, newsletters (Preferred) Use of newsletter sending tools (Mailjet, Poppulo, Mailchimp,...), Experience in the design of communication materials: infographics, banners, emails,... will be an asset.
