And that’s where you come inResponsibilities The Graduate Engineer will manage their own project work items, actively share knowledge across the team, and work closely with the delivery teams to carry out thorough and efficient testing to team processes and testing standards. In this role you will create accurate test plans, and execute against these, ensuring that all issues and risks are raised and managed to completion. You must have an eye for detail and be quality‑focused resulting in thorough and well‑organised test phases.Qualifications / Requirements You’ll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we’re open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar). You’ll also need a passion for AI and the desire to use these skills to drive our products forward.Able to prove a passion for tech, with skills to match.A team worker, open‑minded and able to collaborate with people from across the world.Quick and eager to learn everything you'll need to succeed in the programme.A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem‑solving.Resilient and determined, able to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.What You’ll Learn The basics of .NET development, understanding the basics of Visual Studio, and building ASP.Net applications.The C# and Typescript languages, which the team will use on a daily basis.Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, and sufficient knowledge on AWS to get certified if you want.Use of AI in your daily activities to supercharge your ability to deliver.Using Github to manage your code and to collaborate with your team on it.What clean code means.
