You light the way.More about the role As aGlobal LTV and CRM Specialistyou will lead direction and execution of our CRM and LTV capabilities. You will be working closely within the eCommerce and LTV (Life Time Value) team to draft our global CRM campaigns including email marketing, app marketing, lifecycle, new product and engagement campaigns for our consumer brands. You will enhance customer experience and loyalty by leveraging technology and data insights.You will be based in Madrid and will be responsible for both execution of high-quality CRM campaigns and defining and implementing opportunities for future growth.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touchYour roleRun and execute different types of campaigns: promotional, lifecycle, engagement and product campaigns.Test every campaign with clearly set hypothesis and data-driven approach as well as proofreading / double check before send out.Ensuring design and layouts of campaigns are user and mobile-friendly and are continuously optimizedRegular alignments with digital marketing execution team (DMS) and markets. Including weekly calls for campaign run-throughs, trainings, support, best practice sharing and performance tracking.Work with stakeholders across teams to align on campaign objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.More about you We value all applications, but especially those who can deliver both on strategy and execution. To succeed in this role, we believe that the following experience and skills are needed:Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within consumer brands. Familiarity with CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing is highly desirable. Experience with Adobe stack will be a plus.Proven ability to independently manage workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A proactive mindset with a knack for thinking creatively and offering innovative solutions to challenges.Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
