Join us and be part of the adventure of the century As a Senior Data & Process Digitalization Analyst your mission is to lead the digital transformation and data‑driven optimization of business processes across the organization. You will design and implement advanced automation, analytics, and integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensure data reliability, and enable strategic decision‑making. You will act as a key contributor across the entire data stack—from ETL pipelines and data modeling to the development of impactful BI dashboards—while ensuring technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous service improvements. Main responsibilities Lead the automation and digitalization of key business processes, leveraging scripting (Python, PowerShell, VBA, etc.), RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate), and integration platforms to increase efficiency and data accuracy. Design, build, and govern complex, scalable data architectures and pipelines (ETL/ELT) using cloud and on‑premises technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Databricks). Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using KPIs, service metrics, and feedback loops to improve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Participate in strategic IT and data projects, from proof‑of‑concept to industrialization, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with digital transformation objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or any other related field. Proficiency in Python and BI tools (e.g., Power BI). Solid understanding of database design principles.
