We are currently looking for a **Business Digitalization Analyst** for our headquarters in **Madrid.** You will contribute to the solutions at the backend of the data stack, from the ETL to data modelling, and work on the frontend BI reports and dashboards as required or as a growth opportunity. You’ll take responsibility for the quality of the solutions, testing them and ensuring best practices are used throughout the development process - particularly regarding self - explanatory code, maintainability and scalability. **Functions** - Automatize and improved recurrent processes. - Build data architecture of the required automations - Build ETLs - Engage in major incident management and problem management - Contribute to the RGBU strategy and definition of frameworks and dashboards. - Participate on customer satisfaction management and service improvement programs. **Minimum requirements** - At least 1 year of experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and Data Warehousing - Experience in AWS & SQL/NoSQL - Experience developing and deploying high-performance solutions using Apache airflow, Lambda Functions, Python and Spark - Very valuable experience in multicultural and dynamic environments. - Experience to build from scratch. - Knowledge of BI tools and basic technical background (Python,Power BI) - Solid knowledge of data engineering tools such as Apache airflow, AWS, SQL, Python, Spark. - Solid understanding of database design principals - Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Communication/presentation skills, team management, relationship management - Ability to work effectively in a global organization across different geographies, under time. - Communication/presentation skills, team management, relationship management - Ability to work effectively in a global organization across different geographies, under time.
