Join us and be part of the adventure of the centuryAs a Senior AIDA Analyst, your mission is to lead the digital transformation and data-driven optimization of business processes across the organization.You will design and implement advanced automation, analytics, and integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensure data reliability, and enable strategic decision‑making.You will act as a key contributor across the entire data stack—from ETL pipelines and data modelling to the development of impactful BI dashboards—while ensuring technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous service improvement.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the automation and digitalisation of key business processes, leveraging scripting (Python, PowerShell, VBA, etc.), RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate), and integration platforms to increase efficiency and data accuracy.Design, build, and govern complex, scalable data architectures and pipelines (ETL/ELT) using cloud and on‑premises technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Databricks).Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using KPIs, service metrics, and feedback loops to improve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Participate in strategic IT and data projects, from proof‑of‑concept to industrialisation, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with digital transformation objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or any other related field.Proficiency in Python and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).Solid understanding of database design principles.Hands‑on experience in data architecture, pipeline development, and cloud‑based services (AWS).What we provideTraining plans tailored to your needs and interests.Flexible schedule and hybrid work system.Opportunity to join the flexible compensation system (transport card, childcare voucher, training, meal voucher, health insurance, among others).Dynamic team where you will truly develop and grow as a professional.Multidisciplinary team that will support you at all times.Part of a network of professionals working to create a more sustainable world.Committed to inclusionAt ENGIE we value and encourage diversity and inclusion.
