Job Description —Manager Strategic Partnerships (2026)Buscamos un Partnerships Manager con ownership 100% para diseñar, ejecutar y escalar el canal de partners de The Startup CFO como una palanca predecible, medible y recurrente de generación de negocio, tanto directo (formaciones, mentorías, workshops, servicios para fondos de VC...) como indirecto (oportunidades B2B como CFO externo, gestoría o financiación pública).El objetivo del rol es la transformación de un canal históricamente apoyado en relaciones de management y gestión reactiva en una iniciativa profesional con proceso, objetivos, activaciones y métricas.La persona será responsable de activar el canal, incorporar nuevos partners mediante acciones comerciales y mantener un control exhaustivo del estado de cada relación, garantizando trazabilidad y atribución conforme al playbook elaborado.Identificar, construir y cerrar oportunidades directas originadas por la iniciativa de partnerships que generen proyectos y negocio para TSCFO● Originar oportunidades para líneas B2B (CFO, gestoría, financiación pública, etc.). Coordinarse con el equipo de sales para maximizar conversión y generar feedback loop● Definir y mantener la iniciativa Partnerships en el CRM con ownership total del, estatus de cada partner, tiers y tipología● Ejecutar una estrategia de generación de nuevos partners por verticales (fondos/VC, aceleradoras, facilitadores, corporates, instituciones, communities, bancos/debt providers, vendors…)● Convertir partners de target a active mediante activaciones concretas (mentorías, workshops, formaciones, acuerdos de referral, perks…)● Esta persona será 100% owner del proyecto como source de generación en la compañía con objetivos claros y objetivos● 5–7 años en partnerships, BD, alianzas, ventas B2B y ecosistema startup en general probando relaciones con players relevantes● Perfil “builder”: capaz de montar un sistema desde cero y hacerlo funcionar con cadencias y disciplina.● Capacidad de negociar acuerdos (referrals, trainings, perks, vendors, programas) y activarlos.● comodidad con interlocutores senior (VCs, corporates, instituciones).● HubSpot: Companies, Deals, Activities, Dashboards, workflows.● Notion: playbooks, trackers, partner plans, materiales.● Google Workspace: email, calendar, docs; Obsesión por proceso, limpieza de datos y follow-up..-¿Incorporación inmediata y contrato indefinido●
