Nidec Conversion is seeking a Sales Manager with strong commercial expertise in industrial or energy environments. You will play a key role in driving the Business Unit's Sales, defining the commercial strategy, designing and implement new market‐entry strategies ¿Tiene las cualificaciones y habilidades adecuadas para este trabajo? Provide technical and commercial guidance to the sales team to enhance proposal quality and increase win rates. Follow up on all sales opportunities and maintain daily updates in Salesforce CRM. Collaborate closely with Global Sales Management. Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams. Degree in Electrical Engineering , MBA , or a comparable academic background. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management, ideally in energy or industrial settings. High-level English , both spoken and written. Permanent employment contract. Immediate start date.
