MISSIONS User, group, role and permission management ACL SLA assignment rules Implementation of customized service catalogs Manage incidents Manage change requests Manage defects Other request types Instance customization using native scripts Business rules Script includes Client scripts UI actions Java Script / SN API Email integrations Development of integrations with Service Now via REST Development of custom modules Create tables Create indexes Create menus Associated logic: workflows, ACL, scripts Design and implementation of customized workflows Change requests Improvements General instance maintenance Applying fixes through update sets Upgrade to new versions Instance cloning Reporting Implementation and management of MID servers for Discovery Creation of schedules, behaviors, clusters and classifiers CMDB maintenance CMDB state Integration of Service Now Discovery with solutions
