Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Swedish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in the Customer Support Services industry while enjoying a fully supported international relocation to a vibrant European capital.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat for Swedish-speaking clientele.
Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services sector.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
Collaborate with international team members to optimize service delivery processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide precise and professional technical or general support.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of professional communication in Swedish.
Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance indicators consistently.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills and a passion for the Customer Support Services industry.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Swedish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Basic proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational environment.
